Lovin' this Sunday

Here we are on a slow Sunday, the day before a new work week.  My Thanksgiving break has flown by with a lot of turkey, leftovers, Christmas decorating, but not a bit of shopping, and I am good with that.  I confess that the Longmire series, on Netflix, has taken up a bit of my time and will take up a bit more this afternoon.  What is going to happen to Henry?  Why did Hector have to die?  So many questions!!  I am only on season 3, so if you know....don't tell.

But before that, a long walk is in order.

Linking up this dilapidated barn with The Barn Collective today.

  1. I have been enjoying the turkey and leftovers. We do not have netflix, so you do not have to worry about me giving away the story. We just got back from our Sunday morning walk, it little chilly and breezy but nice and sunny. Enjoy your walk. Happy Sunday, enjoy your day and the new week ahead!

  4. I like the barn a lot. Perhaps that's because I identify with old, beat-up things! :) I've not watched Longmire. My new position is that if it's not funny I won't watch it. If it's violent I won't watch it. If the actors can't get through a sentence without the "F" word, I won't watch it. It the actors don't know how to act ("Party of Five"), I won't watch it. As you might guess that doesn't leave very many shows to watch. :)

I watched a few seasons of Longmire but got tired of it after while.

  6. I just lost my last comment.. I'll try again. Sad about that barn.. bet it would be fun to poke around in it. When I looked in my grandparents old falling down house and barn I rescued their hoosier cabinet and the 5 legged oak table and had them restored. Along with grandma's oak splint egg basket!!

  10. I haven't watched Longmire...I need to give it a try.

The barn has seen better days, but I bet it has seen a lot of life.

  11. I watched the whole Longmire series. It was slow paced but I liked the setting and humor.

  12. I won't tell what happens, because I hate spoilers, but this is one of my favorite shows. I am so mad that they stop at season 6. I have binged through the whole series and watched 1-5 twice while waiting for 6 to start. My favorite charactor is Henry.

  21. Sounds like you had a very nice Thanksgiving. We use to watch (or rather hubby did) the Longmire series until they moved it to a different network.
